Arnica comp. ad us. vet. (RR Rescue Remedy, percussion remedy)

Ingredients:
Arnica montana D4
Symphytum officinalis (Symphytum) D8
Toxicodendron quercifolium (Rhus toxicodendron) C30
Ruta graveolens (Ruta) C200
Hypericum perforatum (Hypericum) C30
Ledum palustre D12

This remedy has a history of its own. In the early 90s, a particularly unfriendly cow gave me such a foot kick that I flew several metres through the free stall. I had a real shock and a large haematoma on my right thigh. Today, 15 years later, there is still a dent on my leg. To continue working after this "flight", I mixed myself the above cocktail. And behold, oh miracle, I had hardly any pain even the following night. This experience was reason enough to include this combination firmly in my repertoire. In 15 years of practice, this preparation has proven itself a thousand times over and is called "Schlagmittel" by a farrier friend of mine because of his personal experience. It can be called an emergency remedy. All the above-mentioned components already have a good effect on blows and injuries individually, together their effect is even more potentiated. The relatively low D potencies are compensated by the high
C potencies complement each other extremely well and produce a wonderfully harmonious effect. The effect on the eyes when used orally together with Euphrasia is amazing. Apparently the medicine acts continuously via the lacrimal fluid.

Indications
Strokes; open or covered. Shock; before and after operations. Bleeding.
Skin burns: in addition to oral therapy, immediately drip a few drops directly onto the burnt area several times.

Dosage
Initial: 2-10 ml depending on animal size; then daily 2-6 times 1-3 ml.

Combinations
Combinations with other remedies: Eye injuries and other eye diseases together with Euphrasia officinalis C6. Dosage: 0.5-1 ml 2-4 times a day. Before and after heavy births together with Lachesis muta comp. ad us. vet. Udder haematoma: together with Phytolacca comp. ad us. vet. and Calcium fluoratum comp. ad us. vet. In panaritium together with Tarantula cub. comp. ad us. vet. In summer purulent eye discharge in horses together with Tarantula cub. comp. ad us. vet. and Euphrasia (1 to 3 ml each orally). In severe trauma together with Berberis aquifolium comp. ad us. vet. to prevent shock kidney. For resorption in haematomas with Calcium fluoratum comp. ad us. vet.
