Apis comp. ad us. vet. (udder oedema)

Ingredients:
Apis mellifica D8
Atropa belladonna (Belladonna) C30
Phytolacca americana (Phytolacca decandra) C30
Asa foetida C6
Echinacea angustifolia D2

Apis is one of the most effective remedies for drainage. This is especially true in combination with Atropa belladonna and Echinacea angustifolia. Asa foetida and Phytolacca have a strong affinity to the udder.

Indications
Udder oedema. The remedy can be administered before birth if the oedema is severe.

Dosage
At the beginning of the treatment: 4 times 3 ml per day. In animals that have already calved, 3 ml should be administered 15 minutes before milking. Two further doses are to be spread over the rest of the day. The tension on the udder and teat skin normally decreases significantly within 48 hours, then 2 doses daily of 3 ml each 15 min before milking are sufficient.

Combinations
If there is also mastitis: together with Phytolacca comp. ad us. vet. 2 to 3 ml of each remedy at the same time 2 to 4 times a day.
