Mildew is often an annoying, hardly treatable skin problem in horses. All kinds of ointments are available on the market. The aetiology of the symptom complex is largely unclear. Like many other remedies, this one also arose from a therapeutic emergency. The already existing complex of Tarantula cubensis served as a basis. Symphytum and sulphur were added as skin specifics. Frequently the mallenders also show a crusty purulent picture; this led to the addition of Mercurius solubilis. Calendula, finally, is the classic for poorly healing wounds. With this complex, most mealy bumps disappear. The important thing with this therapy is to leave the affected area alone. This means that the existing crusts should no longer be touched, and under no circumstances should they be scratched. Ointments and disinfectants also have no place here. Only a mild water jet should and may be used for rinsing.

Indications
Mallenders of the horse. As a supportive medicine in the case of mouldy limp (2 times 2ml per day) or in the case of "strawberry disease" in cattle (2 times 3ml per day) or in the watering barrel 10ml per 1000 litres. The remedy has also proved successful in cats with hair loss on the neck (Syndrome de la Guillotine).

Horse: 2 times 3 ml per day for 2 to 3 weeks
